W.I.P. Wednesday - Simple Sewing

Since I started quilting in 2012, its been one quilt after the other. I have made some pillows but that was quilted too.

This past weekend was daughter's friends birthdays(twin birthdays) and they wanted a specific "My Little Ponies". Both me and my daughter hunted for "Apple Jack Pony" (The cowgirl pony) and "Rarity"(The fashionista pony). But couldn't find anywhere. We quicky stopped at JoAnn's to see if they had any "My Little Pony" fabrics, luckily they had the fleece ones.

Believe it or not, I had such a hard time making the decision to make simple pillows without any zipper or opening. Why do my projects always have to be elaborate?
Hmmmm....it was a good change ignoring my inner voice and getting the pillow just in time.

Finally a Sunny day to get a nice picture of my Star Burst quilt pattern.
